What if you could finally start enjoying your body and step into the powerful, confident, and sexy woman you were born to be.
If you’re supported by the right people and guidance.
Let's be real.
Do any (or all) of these sound familiar?
You feel frustrated about your body, when you try your jeans and they never seem to fit.
You struggle with unwanted weight and feel powerless because nothing is working.
You feel alone and isolated in this body image struggle and can't share it with others.
You don’t like exercising, and even when you force yourself, you feel awkward.
You are critical of yourself, you look in the mirror only to find more flaws.
You may think you are not worthy of love and success because of your appearance.
You compare your body to other women while scrolling through on social media or watching movies.
You feel overwhelmed with all of the conflicting info about healthy food and life style.
If you resonated with any of the emotions above,
I’m so glad you’re here!
The whole reason why I created this program is because throughout my work as a medical intuitive with hundreds of clients I saw how most bodies feel neglected and abandoned because we don’t live in them. I also learned that our hatred or judgment directed towards our bodies can negatively affect them and even manifest a disease. Negative thoughts and feelings about appearance are highly correlated with eating disorders, depression and autoimmune conditions.
I myself struggled a lot. I started gaining weight when I was around 35, and nothing was helping to drop it. No exercising, or diets, or intermittent fasting. Everything that used to help suddenly stopped working. I started feeling ashamed of my body and felt very insecure while wearing a bathing suit. Plus I started noticing more wrinkles on my face and some gray hair. That got me thinking: why are we so desperately attached to this idea of a perfect body?
Why are we so desperately attached to this idea of a perfect body?
I can tell you why.
Because we’re taught to believe that:
Women should be attractive and beautiful all the time no matter what.
Women should conceal any signs of aging otherwise they are not good enough.
Women should look lean and thin, almost like weightless, otherwise they are not good enough.
Women should sacrifice their true selves in order to be accepted and loved by men.
Women in the U.S. (and almost everywhere in the world) are conditioned to believe that their appearance is more important than what they think or do.
From the first days of their lives, throughout much of their childhood, young girls are more likely to receive comments on how they look rather than their achievements. They are constantly receiving the hidden cultural message: you have to be beautiful, in order to be accepted and loved, otherwise you’re doomed.
By the age 6-7, girls are already subconsciously programmed to strive for beauty no matter what. Now let’s add to all of this magazine covers and social media spreading edited images of women who are thin, attractive, and young.
As a result, girls and women are set for failure in their attempts to reach unrealistic beauty and body ideals.
Let me officially introduce myself.
Hi there, I’m Polina,
I’m a Self-Love & Holistic Wellness Coach for women who want to learn how to prioritize their needs, feel good in their bodies and live their best vibrant lives.
It’s time to make peace
with your body.
It’s time to love your body as it is and help it to heal.
I’m here to tell you:
You are worthy of love and acceptance regardless of the body and the past.
You are perfectly imperfect as you are, and you can and are allowed to enjoy your life with the body you have right now.
Beauty industry will always tell you that there’s something wrong with you, because they need to sell you something. The modern standards of beauty are unachievable by design.
Instead of trying hard to live up to societal expectations, invest in your health. Your body will always tell you what it needs, you just need to learn how to listen to it.
I want to take a moment and imagine what your life would look like if you are…
You are feeling powerful and confident like never before.
You feel deeply grateful for every part of your beautiful body.
You are energized and committed to prioritizing yourself.
You have clarity on what your body needs to stay healthy and happy.
You are listening to your body and know how to communicate to it.
You enjoy movement and discover more fun ways to exercise.

Why is group coaching format so important?
Shame is a silencer.
The shame we feel about our appearance is rarely being shared openly. We keep it to ourselves, and we spend years suffering in isolation. The best way to heal it is to share your pain with a group of other women and receive an empathic response.
When all your hard feelings towards the body will be met with empathy and compassion, you will feel seen, heard, understood, belonged, and healed.
