The whole reason why I created this program is becauseI I used to struggle to control my weight.

I started gaining weight when I was around 35, and nothing was helping me to stop it. No exercising, or diets, or intermittent fasting. Everything that used to help suddenly stopped working. I started feeling ashamed of my body and felt very insecure while wearing a bathing suit. Doctors didn't have any answers for me, except: eat less, exercise more. Which is exactly what I was doing, with no results.

Throughout my work as a medical intuitive healer I started seeing many women struggling with weight gain in their late 30s and 40s and feeling powerless in  attempts to stop it.

So I was asking the bodies I witnessed about what was happening and the reasons behind gaining weight.  As a response to my requests I was always taken to the liver. It took some time for me to learn, but now I know that the answer to weight gain is always struggling liver overburdened with toxins.

 

That is why weight gain is associated with age: the longer we live, the more toxins our livers absorb. To be honest, in the environment we live in, the weight gain process is only a matter of time.

Later I found confirmation to my discoveries in the books of the Medical Medium Anthony William. He not only explain how overburden liver is causing weight gain and many health problems, but also shared detox protocols how to heal it.

We’ve been told that people who gain weight:


- Eat too much unhealthy food.
- Don’t exercise enough.
- Having thyroid issues / hormonal imbalance.
- Have the wrong genes.


The National Institute of Health states on the website: “People gain weight when they eat more calories than they burn through activity. This imbalance is the greatest contributor to weight gain.” And that couldn't be further from the truth.


Let me rephrase it: this is only true for a healthy body with a perfectly healthy liver, which is impossible to find right now.

Environmental toxins we are surrounded by right now make it very hard for us to keep our bodies healthy. Which is why gaining weight with age is such a common thing right now. It is pretty much considered normal: the older you are, more likely you will start gaining weight.

 It's time  to make peace with your body.

  1. Initial Assessment: Intuitive body scan  to understand your health history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals. That will help us to tailor the program to your individual needs.

  2. Liver and Mystery Weight Gain. Benefits of detoxification, how toxins affect weight loss, and the connection between diet, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
